We declare that as controllers of your personal data we comply with all legal obligations and in the processing of personal data we proceed in accordance with the legislation of the European Union, in particular according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679, General Data Protection Regulation, which enters into force on 25 May 2018 and is generally known as GDPR.

We will only process your personal data on the basis of a valid legal reason, in particular a legitimate interest, performance of a contract, legal obligation or consent.
According to Article 13 of the GDPR, we fulfill the information obligation before starting the processing of personal data.
We will enable and support you in exercising and enforcing your rights under the GDPR.
What personal data do we process and how do we collect them?
We process the data you provide to us: Name, surname, address, company registration number, VAT number (if you order as an entrepreneur), e-mail, telephone number, IP address, cookies, information about ordered and purchased products, photos from events, video recordings from these events.
In specific cases, it is mainly a matter of providing data by filling in one of the forms on this website. Personal data then travels to an electronic database, an application for preparing and sending emails. Thanks to it, we ensure that you will only receive the e-mails you want from us. This database is the main resource we will share together as joint administrators.
You provide the data to us voluntarily, we would not be able to deliver the ordered product to you without providing the data (typically we are not able to send you the purchased products without knowing the contact details and delivery address). Such data is mandatory and the system will not allow you to send the form and thus to send the order without filling it in.
For what purpose do we process personal data, for how long and what entitles us to do so?
We process personal data that you entrust to us yourself, for the following reasons (to fulfill these purposes):
Sale of goods, fulfillment of contractual obligations.
Your personal data: e-mail, name, surname, address, telephone, in case of purchase as an entrepreneur or company also registration number and VAT number, we absolutely need to fulfill the contract (eg delivery of goods, sending bonus e-books for purchased goods, etc.).
Bookkeeping
If you are a customer, we absolutely need your personal data (invoicing data) in order to comply with the legal obligation to issue and record tax documents.
Direct marketing – sending information / business e-mails
We use your personal data (e-mail, or name), what you click on in the e-mail and when you most often open them, for the purpose of direct marketing – sending business offers. If you are our customer, we do so out of a legitimate interest, because we reasonably assume that you are interested in our news.
If you are not our customer, we send you newsletters only with your consent, until further notice. You agree with us, with the so-called double opt-in confirmation, by clicking on the button in the confirmation email. This confirmation is a clear expression of your consent to the processing of your personal data.
In either case, you can revoke this consent by using the opt-out link in each email you receive.
Advanced consent marketing
Only with your consent we can also send you inspiring offers from third parties or use an e-mail address, e.g. for remarketing and targeting ads on Facebook, until revoked. You can, of course, revoke it at any time by contacting us.
Photographic documentation, references
We may use your photos, videos or written references on our site only with your consent, until your consent is revoked. You can revoke it at any time by contacting us.
We retain your personal data for the duration of the limitation periods, unless the law provides for a longer period for their retention or we have stated otherwise in specific cases.

When browsing our website, we record your IP address, how long you stay on the site and from which site you come. We perceive the use of cookies to measure website traffic and customize the display of the website as our legitimate interest of the administrator, because we believe that thanks to this we can offer you even better services.
Advertising targeting cookies will only be processed with your consent. You can also browse our website in a mode that does not allow the collection of personal data. You can disable the use of cookies on your computer.
Providing personal data to third parties
Our employees and co-workers have access to your personal data.
To secure specific processing operations that we are unable to handle on our own, we use the services and applications of processors who know how to protect data even better than we do and specialize in the given processing.
We may make personal data, which we process as both an administrator and a processor, available only to associates and processors who provide administrative and technical support for the operation of applications necessary for the operation of the website and support applications or participate in the running of our business (accountant).

Thanks to the right of access to personal information, you can call us at any time and we will prove to you within 15 days what your personal data is being processed and why.
If something changes or you consider your personal data to be out of date or incomplete, you have the right to rectify and change your personal data .
You can exercise the right to restrict processing if you believe that we are processing your inaccurate data, that you believe that we are processing illegally, but that you do not want to delete all data, or if you have objected to the processing. You can limit the scope of personal data or the purpose of processing. (For example, unsubscribing from the newsletter limits the purpose of processing for sending business offers.)
Right to data portability. If you would like to take your personal data and transfer it to someone else, we will proceed in the same way as you exercise the right of access – except that we will send you the information in machine-readable form. In this case, we need at least 20 days.
Right to erasure (be forgotten). We don’t want to forget you, but if you want to, you have a right to it. In this case, we will delete all your personal data from our system as well as from the system of all processors and backups. We need 10 days to secure the right to delete. In some cases, we are bound by a legal obligation, and e.g. we must register the issued tax documents for the period stipulated by law. In this case, we will delete all such personal data that is not bound by other law. We will notify you by email when the deletion is complete.
The right to object. If you feel that we are not handling your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection at any time with your complaint. We will be happy to inform us of this suspicion first so that we can do something about it and correct any mistakes.
Unsubscribe from newsletters and business announcements. We send you inspirational e-mails, emails with articles or product information and services if you are our customer based on legitimate interest. If you are not a customer yet, we will only send you emails with your consent. In either case, you can unsubscribe from our emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link in each email you send.
